Security

For site security, the network traffic to CCLA's Web servers is monitored to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, deny or intentionally interrupt service, otherwise cause damage, or access non-public information. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Florida Computer Crimes Act or other applicable state or federal statutes. Information regarding possible violations of law may be provided to law enforcement officials. Furthermore, Florida community colleges may impose disciplinary action upon any registered borrower found in violation of the system-wide usage guidelines contained in the document, Responsible Use of LINCC.

CCLA's Web sites provide essential links to other governmental and commercial agencies, for example to an educational institution or to commercial information (database) providers. We also link to other organizations' Web sites when there is a business reason to do so. CCLA is not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of any linked site.
