CCLA continues to make LINCCWeb searching easier and more convenient with a host of handy new online tools. - iPhone and iPod Touch users can now add a handy "webclip" icon to their home screen anytime, anywhere access to library resources directly from LINCCWeb.
- A new LINCCWeb widget for Facebook users offers unmatched convenience. With a couple of clicks you can add a LINCCWeb interface to your Facebook page and have it there when you need to search library collections or the statewide collection of LINCCWeb eResources.
- If Second Life is your thing, pop over to Eduisland 3 for a fun way to knock out class research using LINCCWeb.

- Development of Next-Generation LINCCWeb Version 2.0 Continues
CCLA continues its development of the next-generation LINCCWeb, version 2.0, designed around student needs and discoverable within the information systems and tools they use. Planned for release later this year, LINCCWeb version 2.0 will include a new look and new features that enable users to find their information when and where they need it, including access from within popular social networking sites such as Facebook and Second Life. Such integration is part of an overall user-centered design focused squarely on student needs and expectations.
